The various unit types have been approved by the council. No structural changes or changes to exterior aesthetic looks are allowed.

Can I make use of my own contractors instead to perform a specific work?
GQ Construction has over the years sourced only the best contractors to perform work according to our level of workmanship and performance. GQ Construction’s mission is to assure buyers with only the finest quality material and workmanship and therefore no other contractors, other than the approved contractors of GQ Construction, are allowed to perform specific tasks as contemplated in the building agreement.

I am approaching my retirement age and worried that I wouldn’t be able to use the staircase?
We understand that growing old brings along a lot of worries. Being able to use the staircase shouldn’t be one of them. All units can be modified to be completely wheelchair friendly to suite your needs. Installation of stair lifts, wheelchair ramps and bigger door frames to resident’s units can be provided. Please consult our marketer on site for more information and additional costs.

I do not want to live in the estate whilst construction is still underway. Will I be safe? Will the noise bother me?
Whilst construction of units are still underway, residents can have peace of mind that 24 hour patrols within the estate will be performed. Operating hours for construction will only commence in the mornings from 08:00, after most residents leave for work, and will stop the afternoon at 16:30, before most residents return home, minimizing the inconvenience to residents. No construction over weekends and public holidays.
